Let's start with the basics. 4. To wrap the individual beef wellingtons, bring up the sides of the puff pastry and wrap into a tight package. Turn over and if you have leftover dough, you can cut out a little shape to place on top. Or just use a paring knife and lightly score the top of the pastry for an easy design. Heating Instructions: Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 400F. From frozen, remove film from tray and place beef wellington on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
